  • This is the most innovative "social" experience I've seen come out of the web2.0 social movement. I'm constantly getting "fed" tons of useless information from pseudo friends on social networks. Do I really need to know what my pseudo-friend is doing all day long? Quite frankly I could care less but I am too lazy to figure out how to turn it all off. I've been having fun on RockItOn. It's easy enough to make go away when those nsfw moments come up. What I find interesting is chatting with other users on obscure sites that frequent - it is like the curtain is pulled away and I can talk to others with the same interests right on the page. And I have somehow ammassed a bunch of virtual stuff just by browing. My name is Joy and i'm a RockItOn junkie...
  • This really is a creative idea. It shows a lot of potential for socializing on the web. However, it currently seems as if it the art work and other features target a younger generation. I guess Joy's point about chatting on websites could appeal to older crowds as well. It should be interesting to see how this develops in the future.
