The social networking sites have made recruiter's jobs much less expensive. Posting a job ad used to cost at least $400 and now they are using social networking sites to find candidates for free. These sites are helping both the person looking for the job as well as the employer.

Ironic. Though, considering the usage paradigm, do you think there's a better term than 'Social Network"? Social Discovery? Inasmuch, are all Social Networks social?
