Entrepreneur's are really the people at the top of business in general.  They do the marketing, public relations, writing etc... You name it and they do it.  The entrepreneur is not held back by the normal working world.  They do not depend on someone else to make them money.  The true entrepreneur sees a need in the market and fills it.
