I would doubt these stats accurately reflect the US where it seems to me employers have been more accepting.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Similar stats like this came out last fall for both Australia and the UK (&lt;a href="http://tinyurl.com/348rws" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://tinyurl.com/348rws&lt;/a&gt;).  Not sure about the UK study referenced in the Telegraph but the Aussie study was funded by a firm that sells email and site blocking server software.
