Nick.. although I totally agree there should be one place for feeds, it isn't going to happen any time soon. Although it is cool that you can see all your game specific feeds in one place with this new feature, the real great part is that game developers can additionally use this information within their own applications.
Facebook will most likely solve the issue with feed tabs, following their profile tabs release.

This would be a heck of a lot more useful if it were an exportable rss feed. I can see some value in being able to stick it on my blog or feed aggregater.
