Social Times: Radio One Tries to Revive Dated Social Networks

I have a Black Planet account. For some reason I don't want to take the time to setup and receive all the friend requests. Maybe it's the look of the site. I like what Radio One has done on TV and Radio, so I'll check it out again.

Do you think social networking number is also down because of culture?
