Social Times: Platform-A Jumps Further Into Social Advertising

I tried widgnet from Advertising.com for my apps. The guaranteed rate doesn't really do anything for you if they only accept less then 10% of your traffic and bounce the rest back to your default ad. It will be interesting if they start to accept all the traffic at a guaranteed rate.
