    It's really sad that legislatures continue to grand stand, by putting forth such technically incompetant legislation. Any person with about 5 minutes of computer experience can tell you, this legislation will ONLY affect the most honest of sex offenders. Only those that are doing everything they can to comply with the law. And really, are those people the ones that need this type of treatment. Back about 200 years or so ago, there was this little thing, called the constitution. One ammendment in particular, #5, talks about how you cannot continue to punish people once they have been punished UNLESS they commit further crimes. Another one some people may have heard of, #8, talks about how you can't just keep throwing arbitrary punishment against people without good cause. Oh, I know, on the surface people actually think this does some good, but anyone who knows anything about computers knows that this law is inept. The really scary people, the ones you want to protect your children from, are not going to be affected by this. Yet, for some reason, the senators think that they can continue to punish, and repunish, and restrict rights, from sex offenders, even if they comply with all laws and legislation. I just don't understand why the consitution no longer applies?

    what about that huh? sex offenders on such a very popular website, a social media networking website. so it means it can be seen by all the users of the said websites. what an annoying view point if life that even the network is used for such malicious acts like this.

    you know i do thank that is a good ideal.but if a person has did there time .and havent been in no more trouble.with the law .four a while .they shouldnt be marked the rest of there lives.if they did there time .that should be it they change so many laws this is getting stupid. and the people should have some kind of saying about these laws .thats like trying to buy a gun.if you been a felon you cant buy one .. if you write out a bad check four 4 hundred dollar.it is a felony .does that make you a real bad person i dont thank so why should that have any dealings buying a gun .answer that question huh
