If it's junk, you can tell them to throw it out for you. If it looks like it might be important, you ask them to scan it and voila - you can read your mail online! (I believe there is a separate fee for the scanning, but you only have to scan what you think you need).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you want the actual physical mail, you can have them forward it to you.
