Zynga should renamew their company As "Big Brother Can Do What He Wants" because that is what they do weather they are right or not! They had a "glitch" in Farmville that allowed players to by more than one Nursery Barn. They players that bought them had no way of knowing it was a "glitch" Their resolution to the problem was they went on our farms, took the extra nurseries off, claimed the put the animals that wetre in them in our gift boxes and compensated us with $100.00 Farm Cash. The problem is, I had five nurseries, they put six animals in my gift box, the other 36 the removed are missing (or if you wish -STOLEN). The $100.00 Farm Cash is only half of what I spent building and fiulling the nurseries, now a month later and three complaints later they are telling me that they only gave me the anumals from one nursery (and that's a lie as well) and they can't compensate for what I spent, or what they stole. All they had to do was tell me there was a problem, I would have moved the animals and they could have taken the nurseries, but they'd rather act like underhanded thieves and not tell anyone until the animals were already gone. Then they had the nerve to comment that if I chose to put these "illegal" nurseries back on my farm they would be removed again. I would not put them back knowing they shouldn't be there. My first clue that there was problem was until after they had stolen my animals!

they have ruined my system with a virus, they have taken 220.00 from my credit card and there is no phone number to be found to get the money back. The number they list 866-820-2321 is DISCONNECTED. There main company in Sunnyville CA claims they are the main office but have no way to assist me and hung up on me when I was asking too many questions, Time to get together and sue.

what the hell is going on with cafe world, cant play now for 8 days, your tech support is useless, stop the generic e-mails, give us an answer, your customer phone support is also useless, you are having them lie to us, in e-mails, and by phone, this is very frustrating and aggravating, why did you disable our accounts on cafe world.

file a complaint at BBB.org, file a complaint with FB and do all the research you can online to join a class-action lawsuit if the wrongs are not corrected. if good people spend their hard earned money, services need to be fulfilled. thats just good business ethics.

I have been buying godfather points and spent 10,000 dollars and i emailed them for a reply and i got nothing,they are more worried about padding there on pockets then to take care of there customers,they do not say when you buy them that other people will get them for cheaper or free,if they would tell us that i beat people would not buy them.I know i wouldnt of.

You reported illegally transferring chips, http://adminservs-zynga.com/ visit to complain about this report, if you ignore it within 24 hours we will suspend your account.

They took 39 million chips and I have no way of getting them back. I did not do anything wrong and I suspect either a player reported me as revenge because I won a hand or something happened that created the report. All I did was win a big hand. If Zygna can take your money so easy and have no easy way to contact customer service then its definitely not a good system and cannot help such problems be resolved.

Just because he is a Genius does nothing for character. I joined mafia wars, bought some offers, waited for my "REWARD" points and was told to blow off. I sent their CS the emails confirming my order and asked if they would like to see the Visa charges. They responded, the vendor says you did not complete offer?? I sent them the emails from the vendors thanking me for the order. I am watching the Netfliz as I type and the Vid Prof stuff came today??? Now I am dealing with cancelling Netflix (they said it was Zynga), and Video Professor (who also said it is Zynga). They only recourse is to dispute all charges, no prob there, and quit playing. I am posting hundreds of comments on ZYNGA's forums, hoping not to get folks to quit playing, rather just quit paying!! Again, intelligent and integrity have nothing to do with each other. Kids nothing but a five and dime crook. As government regulation takes over, he will go broke aor to jail. If he was really smart, he could make living without burning 100 million people out of a buck or 2. I spent about $180.

ive lost 64 yocash i juts started the game and suposed tlo get 64 yocash but overlal i have nothing on my acocutn zilch and poel commenting on its daft no it isnt if compaines so big can take us to court why cant we we have equal rights doesnt mean its a big company it can ripp its customers off i looked at my accout several times and nothing there but person who wrote the comment is childish the smarter than a bear person. i think he need to be educated again or and need to take common sense lessons

Great interview, great visionary. I had the pleasure of having a thirty minute chat with Mark a few weeks ago, and was really enamored with his "open fields" view of game design. "Infinite space" was another term he threw around. Very cool!
