Social Times: Interview With Hooman Radfar of Clearspring

  • Ann Bernard · 1 year ago
Pretty decent interview...not sure about Hooman's choice of posture but he did an excellent job answering the questions. I think if you do this type of interviewing what might help is for you to provide your questions to the person ahead of time. Not everyone is as well versed as Hooman.

The camera was a little shaky so if someone was holging the camera I would put it on the tripod next time. At some point it kinda seemed like you were bombarding him with questions, so nothing wrong with a little small talk in between the questions. I'm sure you'll do that more as you get comfortable with it. You did towards the end.

    All and all great stuff.

Yep ... all in all it sounds like buy a light and use a tripod. Thanks for the advice!

Great first attempt! I second Ann's comments on needing a tripod, get a better view of your subject (not focusing on his shoes), and try some dialog instead of just questions. On that last point, you're an interesting guy so start some back and forth, follow up and question some responses you get.

Best wishes, you have many of us wishing you well!
