    Great post and great advice.

    We all create too much stress for ourselves - 90% is self induced.

    I find it good to step away and achieve the balance that you are looking for. Exercise is especially good for dealing with stress and can really give focus. You might even find you are more productive when you do work.

    There was some interesting comments along the same vain by the panelists at RefreshDC last night.
