Social Times: Have We Reached the Brightkite Tipping Point?

I think that the iphone app is just going to secure their win in this category. I think that the twitter integration is great, I can send all my tweets even if its just a note from brightkite and have the location posted in a link!
The reason I think the iphone app is so good is that I have noticed a lot more users since the app went live in the app store.

I have to say that the iPhone app saved brightkite for me. I used it everyday until about a month ago and then noticed that my participation slowed down to almost nothing. The second the app showed up, I was back in full on mode at CMJ in NYC with Brightkite. It is a well thought out and simple app that was worth every second of the waiting.
