What do you do then?  Gag it all?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Therapist joe says: dumb pun in 3....2.....1...&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;At some point... the gag reflex has to kick in!</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Jonathan</dc:creator><pubDate>Fri, 04 Jan 2008 19:20:20 -0000</pubDate></item><item><title>Re: Can we gag Facebook?</title><link>http://www.socialtimes.com/2008/01/can-we-gag-facebook/#comment-1573993</link><description>It's definitely a slippery slope... but I think the issue here isn't the name of the deceased being published, but the names of the accused. &lt;br&gt;A 17-year-old boy and 15-year-old girl are accused of 1st degree murder and for journalists and the media to publish the names is illegal under the Youth Criminal Justice act.&lt;br&gt;At what point do the postings, which include names of the accused, by fellow students, become a criminal act as publishers of publicly viewable media?</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Keith</dc:creator><pubDate>Fri, 04 Jan 2008 13:18:53 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
